Maxie Kay (Harley) Gattis was born January 30, 1942 in Wichita Falls, Texas the daughter of William Baxter and Betsy Ann (Carpenter) Harley. Maxie took her journey home on Thursday afternoon, December 3rd, 2015th at the age of 73. She departed this life leaving her sons, Monty Gattis and his wife Cathy of Oklahoma City, Mitchell Gattis and his wife Melanie Miller of Astoria, New York and Mark Gattis and his wife Tanya of Yukon, her grandchildren, Rife Gattis and Caitlin Stewart and her husband Jon; her great Grandchild, Vesper Stewart. Maxie also had a special relationship with her nieces, Betsy and Cole Dewey and her wife Danielle Benda and their daughter, Bex.
