Michael John Bosler, 78, passed away peacefully from this life with family by his side on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. He was born July 18, 1944 in El Reno, Oklahoma. The son of Benno William and Vima Mae (Moore) Bosler and grew up in Union City "on the farm". Michael was a strong man and had solidity in his convictions. Michael loved God and family and he enjoyed being a son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend to many. He had a great sense of humor and the gift of laughter. It was difficult not to smile and laugh when you were with him. His ties and connections with people were meaningful and he had many lifelong friends. Michael enjoyed traveling and taking trips to warm coastal locations. If you were fortunate enough to travel with him to a good beach or to take a road trip to see family and friends in various states; then you were in for a good time! He was a professional hairstylist for most of his career as an entrepreneurial owner as well as working with other salons; as such he serviced a substantial base of clientele in the North side of Oklahoma City where he resided. In the more distance past, he had also resided in Kansas City, Missouri; and Ruston, Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Gary Bosler and his wife Jackie Bosler, and sister Linda Harris. Michael leaves cherished memories with his sister, Debbie Crawford and her husband Gary Crawford; brother-in-law Mike Harris as well as 9 nieces and nephews, 20 great-nieces and nephews and a host of other family and loves ones.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made out to a charity of your choice. Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM October 19, 2022 at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Union City, OK.
