IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Michael Brian
Marshall
February 6, 1969 – December 20, 2021
Michael Brian Marshall was born on February 6, 1969, and was the second son of his loving and devoted parents, James Edward Marshall and Mary Ruth Marshall. Mike, along with his brother, Jimmy, attended U.S. Grant High School, and it was there that he would meet the love of his life, Jennifer.
After high school, Mike attended the University of Oklahoma and received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. On a muggy August day in 1992, Mike and Jennifer entered a committed marriage that would withstand many rainy and sunny days alike. Mike would work as a pharmacy manager for a handful of years before he would transition to working for the family business, J&E Supply and Fastner Co. In November of 1998, the happy couple welcomed the best addition to their life, their son, Jonathan Luke Marshall. Mike was a loving and committed father.
Mike was full of life and enjoyed many activities, but above all he valued his relationship with God. Mike was an avid Christian and seeker of truth. Mike loved to spend his time outdoors, admiring the Lord's creation. Often he would go hiking on his land in Carney and watch the ducks and turtles swim in his pond.
Mike is survived by his wife, Jennifer, and his son, Luke, both of whom he loved immeasurably. He is also survived by his brother, Jimmy, whom Mike cherished. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Mary Marshall; what a wonderful reunion that must have been.
Mike is also survived by a host of other family and friends. One of the most important people to Mike was his best friend, Zach Boyd, whom he thought the world of. Our family would like to thank Zach and Katie Boyd for all of their help throughout this difficult time; your kindness is beyond measure.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to one of the following charities: Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children, Hope Pregnancy Center or Oklahomans United for Life.
Above all, those who wish to remember Mike can do so by deepening their relationship with God and loving those closest to them; nothing will make him happier.
If you would like to leave the family a message of comfort, please feel free to visit Michael's Memory Wall.
