Nancy Lucille Hackett, 80, received her heavenly reward on December 7th, while surrounded by her family. She was born in Clinton Oklahoma to her parents John Isaacs, and Hazel (Vaught) Isaacs. Nancy spent her childhood in Oklahoma City, where she graduated from Capitol Hill High School in 1961. On May 4, 1962, Nancy married her hearts companion, James "Jim" Hackett, and the two established a family in Oklahoma City. They were blessed with 4 loving children Jami, Jimmy, Julie, and Jeff. As a family they attended Exchange Avenue Baptist Church where Nancy taught Sunday School, and was actively involved in many activities with the church for many years. Later, Nancy and Jim became members of Graceway Baptist Church, where she was currently a faithful member. On March 9th 2015 Jim passed away, and the two are celebrating now in the presence of our Lord and Savior. Nancy loved decorating for the holidays and helping her friends decorate as well. She had a passion for hosting events & could come up with any reason to have a party. Nancy loved to dance, shop and go out to eat. She loved OU football.
