Nancy Lea Trevino, left this earth on September 22, 2024 surrounded by her family.

Nancy was born December 19, 1952 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Temple & Mary (Dry) Hendrix. Nancy's family relocated to Oklahoma City, and after the move, she was officially a Southsider for life. She graduated from Southeast High School in 1970.

Nancy married the love of her life, Michael Anthony Trevino I, in Oklahoma City on July 12, 1971. They were blessed with 2 Sons, Michael II, and Brian. Nancy and her husband raised their family in South OKC and were active members at Penn Avenue and then Kentucky Avenue Baptist Church.

Nancy worked for the Public School system and also in healthcare for quite some time. She became a Sunday School teacher, but her main focus was always family. She was a faithful Wife, dedicated Mom, and amazing Granny to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved her grandchildren more than anything, to the point she was more like a mother to Andre and Brianne. Her family was always her first priority and she loved them all dearly.

Nancy enjoyed watching college Football, but only OU Football! She loved fishing and never missed the opportunity to let us all know she was ready to go. So many lake trips and camping with her family. She loved thrift stores and early morning garage sales hunts. She had many stories with fond memories she so proudly shared with anybody.

Although she is no longer here on earth, we will always remember her love, laughter, and Her Legacy.

Nancy was preceded in death by her:

Parents Temple George & Mary Elizabeth (Dry) Hendrix;

Sisters, Sue Pistole, and Marian "Sam" Cook;

Brother, John Paul Hendrix;

Grandson, Lance Andrew Gregg;

Lifelong Friend, Candy Hester.

She is survived by her:

Husband, Michael Anthony Trevino;

Son, Michael Trevino and wife Mary Trevino;

Son, Brian Trevino; Sisters, Kathy Tabor, Frankie Hickey;

Grandchildren, Andre Trevino, Brianne Trevino and fiancé Brandon Adams, Kaitlin Galbraith and husband John, Brittany Green and husband Caleb.

As well as many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and so many more loving family members and loving friends.

Nancy was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
