Norma J. Williams

July 27, 1955 ~ February 19, 2025

Norma Jean Williams crossed her finish line and victoriously won her race in this life on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at the age of 69. The daughter of Ollie and Louise (Cagle) Branum, Norma was born July 27, 1955 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Norma grew up attending schools in the South Oklahoma City area and in 1973 graduated from US Grant High School in Oklahoma City. Norma was blessed to have two sons, Patrick and Chris, who she loved and adored with all of her heart. Norma's family was her first love, nothing was as important as being with her family whom she loved with all of her heart. In addition to being a devoted mother and dedicated homemaker, Norma also worked as a nurse's aide for Home Health Medical Care for many years before retiring in 2000 due to her illness. Norma second love was for NASCAR racing, especially when Dale Earnhardt, Jr. was racing. Norma was so passionate about NASCAR, she often times could not be reached by phone or liked being interrupted during the race. Everyone knew that was Norma's special time to enjoy. Known for her fearless and unwavering determination, tenacity and strong-willing spirit, Norma was also equally known for her extreme kindness, thoughtful kindness, and unconditional love for others. She will be fondly remembered as a kind, loving and generous woman, who loved and cared deeply for her family. Norma will continue to live on in each of our hearts every day.

Father, Ollie Branum;

Brother, Gary Branum.

She leaves behind her loving family:

Mother, Louise Branum;

Son, Chris Conaway;

Son, Patrick Conaway and his wife, Amanda;

Brother, Ronnie Branum;

Granddaughter, Ericka Ladish and her husband, Zach;

Grandson, Levi Cox and his wife, Jasmine;

Grandson, Zack Cox and his wife, Montana;

Granddaughter, Gracelyn Conaway;

5 Great Grandchildren with a sixth one on the way;

Many other extended family and friends.

Viewing will be 4:00PM ~ 8:00PM Tuesday, February25, 2025 at Vondel L. Smith Mortuary, 6934 South Western Ave OKC, OK. 73139. Funeral service to celebrate and honor her life will be held 2:00PM Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at Vondel L.
