Obituary

Patricia "Pat" Czerwinski was born June 29, 1940 in Newton, Massachusetts the daughter of William A. and Mary (Conroy) Finn. She completed this life on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at Integris Southwest Medical Center at the age of 84.

Pat was raised in Massachusetts where she graduated from Boston University School of Nursing. While working at the V.A. Medical Center in Boston, she met a young physician named Anthony "Tony" William Czerwinski. Pat and Tony were married on October 24, 1964 in Wellesley, MA. The young couple lived in Chapel Hill, NC while Tony was doing a Fellowship in Nephrology. They then lived in Germany while he served in the military. They settled in Oklahoma City in 1969 where they raised their three sons. "Dr. C" practiced Nephrology at Integris Southwest Medical Center until his death. Pat was a very involved mother while being active in the community. Pat earned a Master's Degree in Early Childhood education from Oklahoma City University. She taught for many years at Heritage Hall and later at Casady School. Teaching young children science was her passion! Pat was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, her aunt, Margaret P. Conroy and her husband, Dr. Anthony W. Czerwinski on November 30, 2014.

Pat is survived by her sons, William "Will" Anthony Czerwinski and partner, Tammy Juglal of Yukon, Eric Christopher Czerwinski of Silver Springs, MD and Ehren Michael Czerwinski and wife Brandie of Tulsa; her grandchildren, Trevor Anthony Czerwinski, Nicklas Finn Czerwinski, Michael James Czerwinski and Leah Anne Czerwinski; her sisters, Mary Lou Levy of Troy, MI and Nancy Elizabeth Finn of Newton Lower Falls, MA; her Nieces, Alison Quinn and Melissa Benson.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 PM Sunday, November 17th at the Vondel Smith Mortuary North, 13125 N. MacArthur Blvd. Mass of Christian Burial will be 1:30 PM Monday, November 18th in the Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 3214 N. Lake.
