Obituary

Patricia was born March 11, 1957 in Oklahoma City to Albert and Charlie (Glover) Kriegel. She was raised in South Oklahoma City. As a young girl she enjoyed spending time with her friends. As a child she attended the Lutheran church with her family. Kelley graduated from U.S. Grant in 1975.

After high school began working as a sales clerk at Streets Clothing Store. She worked at Streets with her mother for many years. Patricia also worked as a hospice volunteer coordinator for Preferred Hospice. Patricia was a foster mother for 5 years. She helped foster nearly 40 children and had a deep love for them. Being there for the children was her calling. She loved taking care of children and helping them on their way through life. Most recently, Patricia worked at the Health Food Center on 240 and Penn and also as an Allstate Insurance agent until recently retiring.

Patricia was an active member at Life Church for many years and worked with Life Kids. While attending Life she met her husband, Brian Kelley and the two spent over 15 years of marriage together. The two were currently members at Victory Family Church of Newcastle.

Patricia and her family enjoyed taking vacations and little trips together whenever possible. One of their favorite spots to visit was Branson. They really enjoyed visiting during the holiday season when all of the Christmas decorations and shows were happening. Patricia was very politically active and didn't have a problem speaking her mind when it came to her views. She was very creative as well. She enjoyed writing poetry and had many poems she wrote for the special people in her life. Patricia also used to make hand-made soap and she sold it at the Health Food Center and also had a booth at the State Fair for many years. That was something her family helped her with and they made some great memories during those times.

Patricia left this earth quickly and that has left a void with her family. Her presence will be missed deeply but the memories she left with her loved ones will live on.
