Francine passed away at home on the evening of September 12, 2021. She was born October 29,1940 in Purcell, Oklahoma to Francis M. Boudreau and Patsy Jo (Hilterbrand) Boudreau. She was raised in Del City and graduated from Del City High School in 1958. In 1957, Francine met the love of her life, Kenneth West, at Don's Restaurant, where they worked during high school. They were married on July 2, 1959. They were blessed with four children: Kim, Cindy, Cory and Amber. Francine attended business school and became a bookkeeper. The family moved to southwest Oklahoma City in 1970. In 1977, she began working for the Oklahoma City Community College in their payroll department. She helped the school over the years in many bookkeeping and accounting aspects as they grew and expanded. She made memories and great friendships during her time with OCCC. After 25 years with the school, she retired in 2002. In her spare time, when she was able, she enjoyed playing tennis and bowling. She and Ken were affiliated with a bowling league for many years and played together across the city, often taking their children along with them, of which they have fond memories. When her kids were young, they all played softball/baseball. The family spent a-lot of time at the ballpark, where Francine was the score keeper for all their games. Francine's favorite thing to do above all was spending time with her family and grandchildren. They all had a special bond with her and made memories that will never be forgotten. Although Francine is no longer here on this Earth, her spirit will live on through her family and the special connections they had with her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
