With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Patrick Cleburn, a passionate angler, ardent OU football fan, and a master of the grill. Patrick, 43, left this world surrounded by the love of family and friends who were like family on 11/29/23.
He will be survived by his
Spouse Tammy Balliet
Grandmother and Grandfather 'Ninny" Jo McDonald and "Papa" Dewey McDonald
Mother and Father Earlene and Donald Kloiber
Son Cooper Cleburn Step-Sons Taylor and Stormi Wiedemann, John-Chapman Balliet
Sister Tiffani and Rob Freyman
Brothers Phillip Cleburn and Fiancée Nicole, Levi Kloiber, Matthew and Whitney Kloiber, Cameron and Sara Kloiber
And many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews.
A true outdoorsman, Patrick found solace by the water's edge, indulging in his love for trout fishing. Whether casting his line into a serene river or sharing tales of the one that got away, his eyes would light up with joy. Saturdays were sacred for Patrick, where he donned his crimson and cream to cheer on his beloved OU football team, creating lasting memories with friends who shared in his unwavering enthusiasm.
Patrick and Tammy share a passion for travel, their journey has taken them to Cozumel, San Antonio, Branson, Eureka Springs, Hot Springs, the White River, the Roaring River, New Orleans, Memphis, Nashville, Bluff City, South Holston River, and the Blue Ridge Mountains just to name a few.
Patrick always managed to find the perfect fishing hole. However, none have captured his heart quite like the South Holston River, a hidden gem cradled in the mountains.
Patrick found solace and joy in the simplicity of nature. These trips created lasting memories that will bind their hearts together and will leave cherished moments.
A culinary virtuoso behind the grill, Patrick's BBQ was legendary, weekends filled with laughter, good food, and cherished moments. His culinary skills were only surpassed by his ability to make every occasion memorable. Good or Bad ….lol!
Above all, Patrick's heart belonged to his spouse and the love of his life, whom he endearingly called "Princess Doll Face." Their love for each other had no end, Patrick endured many health struggles but Tammy was always right there by his side his constant companion. Patrick's love for her was unwavering, leaving an indelible mark in her life.
As we remember Patrick Cleburn, let us celebrate him and his love of nature and OU football.
May his spirit live on in the cherished memories we hold dear.
