IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Patsy Irene
Gilliam
June 22, 1936 – May 27, 2025
Patsy Irene Gilliam, age 88, of Crescent, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a lifetime of love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Patsy was preceded in death by her mother, Anita Menhusen; her father, Woody Mobley; her brother, Larry Menhusen; and her beloved husband of nearly 50 years, Glenn Gilliam. She is lovingly remembered by her siblings Alan Menhusen, Alta Srotyr, and Judy Keenan.
She leaves behind her children: daughter Marilyn Unruh and husband Bruce of Charlo, Montana; son Michael Gilliam and wife Ladonna of Crescent, OK; and son Mark Gilliam and wife Angie of Oklahoma City, OK. Patsy was a proud and devoted grandmother to Jennifer & Evan Koehn, Ryan Unruh, Tiffany & David Cochrane, Elizabeth & Collin Regehr, Carson & Sharilyn Unruh, Levi Unruh, Rachelle & Christopher Buck, Whitnee & Mikel Hogg, Zachary & Lacey Gilliam, Clint & Kelsey Gilliam, Lauren Gilliam, Seth & Emily Gilliam, Megan Smith and Cody Jolly. She delighted in her 30 great-grandchildren, who brought her endless joy, and she also leaves behind many cherished nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
Patsy was a lover of animals of all kinds. She adored her dog, Penny, and found joy in feeding every creature that crossed her path. Her family fondly says, "In lieu of flowers, take a cat!" — a perfect reflection of her boundless love for animals and her gentle, giving heart.
She cherished her Twin Lakes community, where she was affectionately known as "Grandma" to so many, and she treasured time with her family, trips to the casino, and cheering on the OKC Thunder. Among the many who held a special place in her heart was her dear girl Rosilyn Walters.
Patsy will be deeply missed but forever remembered for the love, kindness, and laughter she brought into the lives of everyone she met.
