SMITH, Patsy Jean, passed from this world Jan. 29, 2010 after a long illness. She was born Aug. 18, 1925 to John M. and Daisy Sims in Sherman, TX. She married Bobby Gene Willingham on June 2, 1947, and moved to OKC in 1960. Bobby Gene preceded her in death in 1971, and she later married Bob Smith on March 5, 1977. Patsy worked for the U.S. Employees, OC Federal Credit Union, where she retired as Vice President, and later served on the board of directors. She was preceded in death by her parents; infant brother Lionel; sister, Glenna Collett Hanan; and two brothers, Robert Milton Sims and John Phares Sims. Pat is survived by her husband, Robert "Bob" Smith; sons, Robert Willingham and wife Sheryl, Richard Willingham and wife Sandy; daughter-in-law, Janice Willingham; stepdaughter, Rene' York; grandchildren, Leslie and husband Josh Lawrence, Kristi and husband John Phipps, Shelby, Michael, Tracy and Steven Willingham, Tamara McKee and Carrie and Justin Oliver; great grandchildren, Jake and Cade Lawrence, and Jessie, Teyha, Renee' and Jacob Pratt. She is also survived by many brothers and sisters, Mrs. Jack (Billie) Stowe, Mrs. Paul (Ann)
Ballenger, Frank and Ethyl Sims, Maudellen and Frank Maimone, Joy and John Brown, Jerry and Dale Sims, Charles and Lois Sims, Lyndall Tuthill, Sammy and Clarence Decker, Jimmy and Billie Jean Sims and Sydney and Dottie Sims. The family wants to thank the dedicated and caring doctors and fifth floor nurses of Integris SWMC, and the special staff of Integris Hospice House. Patsy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be remembered and missed by all.
