Paula Gayle Dryden was born January 16, 1945 in Oklahoma City the daughter of Levurn Luther and Bonnie Merle (Greene) Dryden. She completed this life on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at the age of 79.

Paula was raised in Oklahoma City and was a graduate of Capitol Hill High School. She continued her education earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Oklahoma and then her Master of Education (M. Ed.) from the University of Memphis.

Paula worked as a Chief Financial Officer for many years. She worked for Hamilton Oil Company in Memphis, TN as a C.F.O. and operations manager. She returned to Oklahoma City to assist her brother as Chief Financial Officer for Ron Dryden Ministries and Cathedral of Praise World Outreach Center.

Paula was initiated as a member of Delta Pi Epsilon – Beta Xi chapter (a National Honorary Graduate Fraternity in Business Education). She was listed in Who's Who of American Women – Personalities of America for outstanding professional achievement. She was a member of the National Association of Female Executives.

Paula was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Levurn Luther and Bonnie Merle Dryden.

Paula is survived by her brother, Pastor Ron Dryden and his wife Maureen of Phoenix, AZ; her nieces Darcy Gayle Salisbury of Norman, OK and Tawny Cheryl Crouch of San Antonio, TX; as well as numerous relatives and friends.

A worship service honoring her life will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, December 18th in the Resurrection Memorial Cemetery Chapel, 7801 NW Expressway.
