A Celebration of Life for Penny will be held on Friday August 1st, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Vondel Smith Mortuary at South Lakes (4000 SW 119th St. OKC, OK)

Penny Driscoll passed away on June 29th ,2025. The daughter of James and Jo Ann Ratzlaff.

Penny was born on August 2, 1962. She grew up attending school in Colby Kansas. On September 24,2021 she married Curtis Driscoll. In addition to being a loving wife, devoted mother, dedicated homemaker, Penny also worked as a Real Estate Paralegal for many years. Penny was a voracious reader of books.

She loved paper maps and when planning a trip; she had a map of the route, but nothing was more important than her family. Penny was known for her laughter, a big personality and her love of life.
