Phillip Dean Harris, 70 of Oklahoma City, passed away Sunday, September 25, 2016 in Oklahoma City.

He was born June 4, 1946, in Harrison, Arkansas to parents, Earnest and Leamond (Williams) Harris. He was a Supervisor at Safeway Bread Plant and SYSCO. He considered marrying his wife Charlene, his "Suggie" and tending to his flower beds, his greatest accomplishments in life.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and seven brothers.

Survivors include his two sisters, Lillian Willard and Freda Downing, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 2P.M., Saturday, October 1, at the Vondel L. Smith North Colonial Chapel. There will be a viewing on Thursday and Friday evening at the funeral home from 4 to 8 PM with the family receiving friends from on Friday from 6 to 8P.M.
