Obituary

Reverend Ralph G. Leonard, Senior Pastor of Mustang Pentecostal Church of God, was called to his Heavenly home on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at the age of 74. He was born December 5, 1934 in Lawton, Oklahoma to his parents, Luther Newton and Ona Belle (Nickel) Leonard. Ralph honorably served his country in the United States Army National Guard. Feeling God's divine calling for ministry, Ralph dedicated his life to serving the Lord, his family and others as a minister in the Pentecostal Church of God. Throughout his ministry, Ralph touched many lives in a special way and helped people to know and understand the love of God, His Word, and His purpose for their lives. He was a loving husband, devoted father, adoring grandfather, and faithful servant. Although we will miss his presence on earth, we rejoice in knowing he is with his Heavenly Father now.

He was preceded in death by his:
Parents;
Brothers, Donald and Glen Leonard.

He leaves cherished memories with his:
Wife of 56 years, Rev. Eva Leonard of the home;
Son, Rev. R. Greg Leonard and wife Marsha;
Daughter, Sheresa and husband, Rev. Gerald Elrod;
Daughter, Melinda Leonard;
Brother, Harold Leonard and wife Lynda;
Sister, Rev. Juanita Blevins and her husband Rev. Tony Blevins;
5 Grandchildren: Kimberly and husband, Christopher Calhoun, Gerald Wayne Elrod, II and wife, Amy, Krystle Leonard and fiancé, Dustin Brewer, Joshua Elrod and Krista Elrod;
2 great grandchildren with 2 more on the way.
