Randall "Randy" Day Armstrong, beloved father, grandfather and friend passed from this life on Thursday, April 14, 2022. Randy was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Randy spent most of his career working for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, primarily as a land surveyor.

Randy was a skilled carpenter and craftsman and enjoyed spending much of his spare time building furniture for friends and family. He also loved spending time outdoors and fishing.

Most of all Randy was devoted to family. His kindness, sense of humor and compassion will be deeply missed by all who loved him.

Randy was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lou Anne, his brother, Bobby Armstrong and his parents, Robert and Ruth Armstrong (Pruitt). He is survived by his children, James Herndon, Brian Herndon, Tiffney Napoli and Melanie Walters, as well as his eight grandchildren.

There will be a graveside service on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery in Oklahoma City.
