Ray Reed age 74, passed away Sunday, December 5th, 2021. Ray was born to Riley Reed and Martha Short on December 27, 1946 and was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. Ray enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1964 and proudly served his country. He was promoted during his service and served as a Military Police Officer. Ray was honorably discharged in 1967. Following his military service, he began a career in law enforcement. Ray served many smaller communities and would later be promoted to Chief of Police. Ray was blessed with 2 daughters, Diana & DeLana, and 1 Son, Shane. Ray enjoyed riding motorcycles, taking long drives in the country, and watching western movies starring his hero, John Wayne. Ray was preceded in death by his Parents and Sister Christine Hayes. He is survived by his Daughter Diana Denham and husband James Denham of Oklahoma City, OK Daughter DeLana Reed and husband Mario Cortez of Tipton, OK Son, Shane Reed and wife Denise Reed of Houston, TX Eight grandchildren - Skyilar Duarte, Starr Duarte, Taylor Denham, Karissa Denham, Dakota Reed, Tristen Reed, Maddox Reed and Serenity Reed One great-grandchild – Ayden Vossen
