Reba Berniece Brown, 96, was welcomed into the arms of her Lord & Saviour & reunited with her husband of 63 years, Carroll & a host of family awaiting her arrival on Wednesday, August 3, 2022. Reba was born in Mountain Grove, Mo on July 25, 1926 to Reverend Charles William Warden & Eva Jane (Tyson) Warden.
On November 22, 1954 Reba married the love her life Carroll G. Brown together they made many memories over 63 years until Carroll's home going on June 11, 2018. Reba was a steadfast Christian, wonderful homemaker & along with her husband diligently worked to nurture her children & as they came along her adorable grandchildren & great grandson.
Reba was always quick to respond to the needs of her family and others providing meals to those who were sick, offering prayerful support & many other "gifts from the heart."
She was a blessing to her family & especially her husband whom she quietly supported in all of his business endeavors.
She was the most proper & perfect homemaker spending countless hours keeping her home in spotless condition, ready to open her doors for others & could always be counted on to have "food on the table" when it was dinner time.
Reba had attended numerous evangelical churches for many years, she was active in the ministries of any church she attended, and certainly participating in the worship ministries was a passion she shared. Reba had a beautiful voice & from time to time would sing in duets & quartets.
Reba was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Carroll; brothers; Lloyd, Floyd, Clyde, Don, Oscar, Fred; sisters Lillie & Myrtie
Reba is survived by her son Steve Brown; daughter Becky Graham & her husband Lonnie; 3 grandchildren Ronna Fulton, Duncan Brown & Auburn Thompson & her husband David & great grandson Isaac Fulton & a host of other loving family & friends.
Her family rejoices in her home going & we know that her memory will be cherished by all those whose lives she touched.
