Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Resthaven Memory Gardens.

Jeanne, 94, passed away following extended illness on Nov. 24, 2018. She was born in Kirksville, MO. May 19, 1924 to Rene & Ora (Waddel) Hunt. She graduated from Kinderhook H. S. in Kinderhook, IL. In 1942 she married Crews Z. Smith, D.O. together they shared 37 years together until his death in 1979. She married second husband Charles Roush until his death in 2001. She furthered her education at the University of Oklahoma where she received her degree in Nursing Home Administration & became the administrator for the Heritage Nursing Home in Muskogge, OK which her husband Crews had founded. She was a member of the First Methodist Church of Moore & was a lifetime member & Past Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star, Moore, OK. She also served as a board member & past president of the Oklahoma College of Osteopathic Medicine & Surgery.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; step daughter Jeannie Roush; & daughter in law Tona Smith.

She is survived by two sons Rene Z. Smith, D.O. & Glenn L. Smith, D.O.; step daughter Roberta "Butch" Roush Vowell & her son Chad; grandchildren Shannon Jo Baker & husband Chris, their children Dylan & Casey Baker; Tristan Z. Smith; Leigh Ann Smith Abshire & husband Mike & their son Colton; Casey Z. Smith & Jake E. Smith.

She will be remembered for being the sweetest & most loving wife, mother, grandmother & friend. No one could've led a more beautiful life with generosity & helpfulness to everyone she came in contact with.
