Richard D. Clark, 71, was born June 22, 1952, in Shawnee, OK, and went to be with his heavenly father on September 28, 2023.

He earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration from Southwestern University. Richard paid for his college education by selling books every summer, and that's where his selling career began. He earned numerous honors and awards in almost fifty years of sales and management.

Richard was a wonderful father to Ryan and a devoted husband of almost 45 years to his beloved wife Rose. He spent his entire life caring for and serving others. He was kind and generous to a fault. Richard never met a stranger or uttered a harsh word. He was a tireless worker who never stopped at the office or the home. Richard was a family man and, through the years, enjoyed trips from the mountains to the beaches. He liked golf, running, snow skiing, jigsaw puzzles, and family weekends at the lake. He was also passionate about watching his son Ryan's sporting events and OU football.

Richard's grace, kindness, dry humor, and quick wit will be greatly missed by those who had the honor of knowing him.

A celebration of life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 5 th at Crossings Community Church
