Richard Kenneth Hitt, 65, of Moore, Oklahoma, passed away on July 18, 2025. He was born on November 26, 1959, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to his parents, Kenneth Ellis Hitt and Madeline Loraine Riley.

Richard graduated from Del City High School and later continued his education, earning certificates in both dentistry and welding. He was also a lifelong entrepreneur who owned and operated his own home remodeling business for over 20 years.

Known for his sense of humor and strong work ethic, Richard made a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. He had a passion for racing, sports, music, and spending time with family.

He will be deeply missed by all who loved him.

Richard is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Ellis Hitt, and his grandparents, Lester and Faye Riley.

He is survived by his loving family:

Mother, Madeline Loraine Clements and Stepfather, Stan Clements;

Daughter, Melissa Kristin Hitt;

Daughter, Kayla Kay Bourland and her husband, Alex Bourland;

Daughter, Kenna Janelle Hitt;

Grandchildren: Kamen Stern, Jake Bourland, Luke Bourland, Marley Allen, Maverick Allen, and Madisyn Allen

Sister, Leslie Duren;

As well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Richard lived a full and vibrant life, and his memory will be cherished by those who knew him.
