Richard L. "Dick" Woods, passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 in Oklahoma City at the age of 88. The son of Theron L. and Alma Irene (Nickens) Woods, he was born on March 7, 1933 in Oklahoma City. He graduated from Capital Hill High School and attended college at OU where he ran track and studied mechanical engineering. He retired from the Oklahoma City Fire Department as a Captain in 1986 after 20 years of service. He will be deeply missed each day.

He leaves cherished memories with his
Sons: Robby, Russell, and Randy;
12 grandchildren;
15 great grandchildren,
and Georganna Hammett-Woods.
