Ricky Don Hay, 63, of Blanchard, Oklahoma, passed away March 13, 2021. He was born August 16, 1957 in (City, State) to Ernest and Hilda Jane (Tipps) Hay. He married the love of his life Judy Hay and together enjoyed each other and their family. Ricky worked as an electrician and later as an boiler operator for Xerox Corporation. Ricky will be greatly missed by many. He was preceded in death by: Wife, Judy Hay; Parents. He is survived by his loving: Son, David Hay and wife Tawna Hay; Daughter, Jennifer Outon and husband Micheal Outon; Grandkids: Matthew Outon, Shema Ouamalich, Tyler Hay, Nathan Outon, Kiley Hay, Emily Austin, Ryan Outon and Jaxon Hay; And numerous other loving family and friends.
