Rita joined Heaven's angels on Jan 1, 2017. She was born Feb 1, 1962 in Port Angeles, WA to Norma & Jackie Wesnidge. After graduating from Newcastle High School, Rita worked for the FAA, where she was manager of the medical systems branch for the civil aerospace medicine institution for 34 years. On September 27, 2012 Rita married her long time love Jimmy Wiley, and they shared four years of marriage until he lost his battle with cancer in July of 2016. Rita enjoyed shopping, working in her flowerbeds, & traveling, particularly to somewhere warm and sunny. Her most precious moments were those spent with her family, especially her grandchildren, her loveable K-9 companion, "Yoshi", & her husband Jimmy. Rita will be remembered for her unconditional love, selfless attitude, desire to help others & spread joy all around her. She will be forever missed, yet will live on in our hearts & memories. Rita was preceded in death by her: Husband, Jimmy Wiley; Nephew, Tyler Wesnidge. Rita leaves cherished memories with her: Son, Kyle Johnson and his wife, Lisa; Parents: Norma and Jackie Wesnidge; Brother, Steve Wesnidge and his wife, Patrice; Brother, Frank Wesnidge and his wife, Tammy; Brother, David Wesnidge; Sister, Anita Pierce and her husband, Andrew; Grandchildren: Olivia Humphrey and Riley Johnson; Nieces: Emily Pierce, Britani Lockett, Caitlyn Wesnidge, and Megan Justus; Nephews: Steven Wesnidge and Josh Wesnidge; Labrador: Yoshi Step Daughter: Jill, husband Brad Rouse, & their Children, Brynn, Brooke, & Bryson As well as many other loving family and friends.
