Roberta Lorene Rice was born to Leslie and Arvilla (Baker) Cline on January 6, 1936 on the farm near Fay, OK. She died March 15, 2015 in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. Roberta graduated from Oakwood High School, later she attended Draughn's Business School in Oklahoma City. Her working career included various jobs in Oklahoma City, among them Travelers Insurance Company, the City of Oklahoma City and the State of Oklahoma. She married Jimmie Rice on January 25, 1964 in Oklahoma City. They had one daughter, Susan Lorene. She loved her family and especially loved her grand-children, and singing with others, camping, fishing, traveling, gardening and quilting. Roberta was preceded in death by parents, Arvilla and Leslie Cline; husband Jimmie; daughter, Susan; a baby boy; brother Fred Cline; sister-in-law Virginia Cline; brother-in-law, Dan Harding; and nephew, Mark Quintle. She is survived by her brother Dwane Cline of Watonga, Oklahoma; sisters Lavona Harding, of Clay Center, Kansas, Velta Quintle and husband Edward of Omega, Oklahoma; granddaughters Jayme Anderson and husband T.J. of Oklahoma City, Amber Lynch of Oklahoma City; special friends Sharon Kozak and John Williams of Oklahoma City; eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be at the Vondel Smith North Colonial Chapel, 13125 N. MacArthur Blvd. OKC, OK on Wedesday, March 18, 2015 at 1:30 P.M.
