Ronald Wayne Witt of Oklahoma City passed away on July 27, 2022. He was born on July 24, 1941 to Claude and Margaret Witt in Knoxville, TN. After graduating from Fulton High School in 1959, he joined the US Air Force. After serving 25 years he retired as Chief Master Sergeant in 1984. He went on to work as Defense Accounting Officer as a civilian until his retirement in 2004. He met and married the love of his life, Christine M. Lee while serving in Taiwan. Ron was a dedicated career military soldier, a devoted husband, and a person of impeccable integrity. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sisters Barbara Wilson, Bettye Wayland and Marjorie Griffin. He is survived by his wife, numerous nieces and nephews, as well as family and friends in Taiwan. Viewing will be at 1 PM Sunday, followed by service at 2 PM, July 31, 2022 at Vondel L. Smith and Sons Mortuary at South Lakes.
