Rosa Lee Lowery Parrish Smart was born February 14, 1939 and went home to be with the Lord May 23, 2022.
Above all else she loved the Lord and then family. She was a homemaker and the glue that kept the family together. Her wish was that her family would never grow apart because when all is said and done, family is always there for you. She loved to cook and made the most amazing cornbread dressing! Her specialty was her chocolate pies and her famous butterscotch torte.

She was the daughter of Chester Lowery and Mary Julian Lowery. She was a mother of four children, Mark William Parrish (Tina Parrish), Michael Dean Parrish (deceased), Angela Dawn Parrish Kindle Jenkins (Marty Jenkins and Lester Kindle-Deceased) and Kimberly Kay Parrish White Reeves (Tim Reeves). She was the grandmother of Mark A. Parrish (Selena Parrish), Michael W. Parrish (Tiffany Parrish), Christopher P. Parrish (Stefani Mize), Nina Kindle Dominguez (Brandon Dominguez), Jesse Lee (JJ) White Jr. (Cierra White) and Logan M. White and great grandmother of Haleigh Parrish, Haidyn Parrish, Ethan Parrish, Abel Parrish, Carter Parrish, Sydney Cheatham, Lucas Cheatham, Easton Dominguez, Karson White,Kyden Garrett, Kathryn Reeves and Jackson Reeves. Mom had a big heart and took in Stephanie Parrish and raised her as her own. She was "Nanny" to all.

She was preceded in death by her former husbands Dean A. Parrish and Billy N. Smart.

Mom, we will miss you but are comforted in knowing you are with the Lord and family in heaven. We love you, mom.

She gets up while it is still night; she provides food for her family and portions for her female servants. She considers a field and buys it; out of her earnings she plants a vineyard. She sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her tasks.
