Rosalia "Rose" Soto Pacheco was born December 16, 1970, in Fresnillo Zacatecas. She grew up and went to college there until moving to Oklahoma City when she was in her 20's where she continued her education. During that time, she also worked at many places including Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club and La Luna. Rose was described as a domestic coordinator, always involved with, and showered her love on her three kids. She was beautiful but tough, strong, loving, compassionate, funny, smart, and brave through her final days. She was an amazing cook, a passionate shopper, a consummate entertainer, and welcomed anyone and everyone. To know her was to love her, and if she loved you, she was loyal to you forever. She was selfless. She loved her jewelry, her red lipstick, and always having her nails done perfectly. She glowed and loved bright, vibrant colors, often showing that in the clothes that she wore. She loved traveling, taking pictures, and sending selfies, going to concerts, and always had music playing. Her favorite past times were watching softball, football, baseball, basketball, and wrestling. She was very competitive and loved to win. "Don't be lazy, grow your huevos, never give up, don't run fast, and you're da best" were phrases those close to her would hear often. Even as she fought through her last days, she was tough, always positive, and felt liberated describing herself as "free". She was very strong in her faith, spiritual, and prayed all of the time.
She is survived by her three kids Frank, Bridgett, and Fernando; Mother Laura Pacheco; Brothers and sisters Patricia, Pedro, Roberto, Michael, Jesus, Enrique, Carlos, Jose, and Juan.
The family would like to thank people that she was close to, particularly those that helped her on almost a daily basis including Nancy, Elita, Alicia, and Patty.
