RoxAnn Robinett Capps was born December 11, 1947 in Watonga, OK the daughter of George Randal and Belva Jayne (Workman) Robinett. She completed this life on Saturday, July 3, 2021 in Oklahoma City at the age of 73.

RoxAnn was raised in Canadian, Texas where she graduated from high school in 1966. She married William Douglas "Doug" Capps on October 14, 1968 in Canadian. They made their home in Candian for many years and Duncan, OK for a short time. They moved to Oklahoma City in 2001 where they were members of New Covenant Christian Church.

RoxAnn was an exceptionally good cook who enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. She was not afraid to try new recipes and had the ability to duplicate a dish she had tried in a restaurant.

RoxAnn is survived by her husband of 52 years, Doug; her son, Lance Corey Capps and his wife Christy of Onalaska, Texas; her grandson, Logan Garrett Capps. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Terry Robinett.
