Departed this earthly life and went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 6, 2014 at 81 years of age. He was born July 12, 1932 in Caddo, Oklahoma to Dave and Nora Ellen (Taylor) Johnson. Roy was a retired truck driver with Transcon Lines. He was a 32nd degree Master Mason. Roy was a long standing member of Portland Avenue Baptist Church and a member of the Baptist Disaster Relief Team. Roy leaves behind cherished memories with family and friends and he will be deeply missed.

Roy was preceded in death by his:

Parents;

Daughter, Debra Johnson;

Step-son Chuck Mills; and

Brothers, Cleo, R.D. and James Martin.

He is survived by his:

Wife, Carolyn;

Sons, Roy "Corky" Johnson, Jr. and Mike Johnson and his wife, Cheryl;

Sisters, June Stagner of Wichita Falls, Texas, Mae Herrin of Durant, Oklahoma

and Virginia Hankey and her husband, Sam;

Grandsons, Justin Johnson and his wife, Kristen, and Brian Johnson;

Great-grandson, Isaac Johnson;

A host of nieces, nephews; and

Numerous other loving family members and friends.
