Ruby F. Black Ruby was born North of Palisade on October 21, 1919 to Pearl & Maggie Collins. She was married to Clifford W Black on December 30, 1939. To this union was born a son (Robert) & daughter (Janice). She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son & two brothers Boyd & Lloyd. She is survived by her daughter of Oklahoma City, OK, a niece & several nephews.

Graveside services will be July 8, 2022 at 10:00 at the Palisade Cemetery.
