Brehm, Ruth Ann, 60, of OKC, passed away on Sat. Dec. 18, 2010. She was born on Aug. 30, 1950 in Grove City, PA to Frank & Erma Irene (Thompson) Spanglehour. Ruth enjoyed shopping, going to the lake, and she especially loved the visits from her grandchildren. Ruth proudly served her country in the U.S. Army. She is preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers: Tom & Jim Spanglehour. Ruth is survived by her love of her life, her husband J.P. Brehm, Step-children: Candace Montgomery, Tammy & Wayne Arbuthnot. Brothers: Robert & Gladys Spanglehour, Jack & JoAnn Spanglehour. Sister: Ethel & Dale Sanders, Sister-in-law: Kathy Spanglehour. 6 Grandchildren: Megan & Cory Montgomery, Hannah, Rachel, Kyle & Ashley Arbuthnot, Special nephew: Justin Sanders, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
