Sandra Jean LaPonsey , 77, passed away on December 2, 2025. She was born on June 16, 1948, in Minot, North Dakota, to Anthony and Vera Saladis.

Sandra graduated from Central High School in 1966 and went on to build a life centered around love, family, and faith. On March 22, 1978, she married the love of her life, David LaPonsey . The two shared 16 wonderful years together before his passing.

A devoted student of the Bible, Sandra's faith was a guiding light throughout her life. She found joy and comfort in scripture and held her beliefs close to her heart.

Creative and talented, Sandra enjoyed playing the piano, painting, and crocheting. She especially loved making blankets and crafting heartfelt paintings for family and friends—gifts that will remain treasured reminders of her warmth and generosity.

Sandra will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her kindness, creativity, and steadfast faith leave a legacy that will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

She is preceded in death by:

Her husband David LaPonsey;

Her sister Carol Saladis;

Her father Anthony Saladis;

Her mother Vera Saladis.

She is survived by her loving:

Daughters Sheree Osborn and Sondra Harmon;

Sister Diane Rupert;

Brother Dennis Saladis;

Brother Wayne Saladis;

Along with numerous family and friends.
