Sandra "Sandy" Cae Steffen, a long-time resident of Oklahoma City, passed away Tuesday at the age of 65. She lived a full life which started with her birth in Miami, Florida. She enjoyed an extensive career with Crawley Petroleum, until she met and married the late Dr. Rodney Pat Steffen on October 26, 1993. Together they enjoyed competitive ballroom dancing, traveling, scuba diving and horseback riding. Sandra was an avid gardener, cook, and arts and crafter, often participating and winning awards in herb fairs and craft shows. An only child, Sandra is survived by her mother Nell Naeger, her daughter Kimberly Rupert, her daughter-in-law Cindy Huber, her granddaughter Haley Randolph, cousins Larry and Brenda Holley, nieces Jennifer Chambers, Lauri Steffen, Jenae Pitts, Tara Lennon, and Courtney Lennon, and nephews Ryan Steffen, Cobey Hartman, Darrick Hartman, Bradley Hartman, William Steffen, and Mackensie Lennon. The family graciously thanks the dedication of Skip Cunningham, Priscilla Fajardo, Rosalinda Harter, Norma Tercival, Regina Goodwin, and Lily Greisen for their loving support.
