Sharon was born on April 6, 1948 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Lewis and Carra Foreman. She was raised alongside her two brothers, Ronald and James. As a young girl, she lived in Oklahoma City, Alaska, England and later in Alabama. She lived in a lot of different and interesting places since her father was a Non-Commission Officer in the Air Force. Truly a "military brat." She graduated from Albert G. Parish High School in Selma, Alabama. She attended the University of Alabama and Central State in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Sharon was blessed with two children, Cassandra and Jeff and she raised her family in Oklahoma. Her family was EVERYTHING to Sharon. She enjoyed camping and fishing and was a very talented gardener. She especially enjoyed taking her children and grandchildren to the zoo and she couldn't take her eyes off of them while they played and marveled at the beauty of nature. She was an incredible listener and always present, making time to teach and share stories. Sharon particularly enjoyed watching her grandkids play in the pool always had a little kiddie pool ready in her backyard.

Sharon was a dedicated church member before she became ill. She loved serving and working with the children. She taught Sunday School and VBS regularly.

Sharon worked for the Oklahoma State Dept. of Corrections in Human Resources for nearly 15 years. She was instrumental in helping with the implementation of Peoplesoft payroll for state employees. She was dearly loved by her coworkers who became special friends. In 2014, Sharon retired from employment with the State of Oklahoma and was able to focus on spending time with her family and taking care of her garden.

Sharon loved working in her garden. She loved taking care of flower beds and was always willing to help a friend or family member in their own garden. Sharon liked to collect frogs as well and they were her signature decoration around the house and office. She had a servant's spirit and loved taking care of others.
