Stephen Robert Jager was born October 29, 1955 to Robert K. Jager, Sr. and Ruby Francis Owen Jager. Stephen was raised in Oklahoma City in the Moore/Norman area. He attended Robin Hill Country school and graduated from Moore High School in 1975 where he enjoyed running track and playing football. He also attended Southwestern Christian College. Stephen moved to Wyoming in 1976 to work in the oil fields and continued to do so for the next twenty years. After retiring from the oil fields he owned and operated a landscaping business. In 1979, Stephen married Melody Carlson in Oklahoma City. Stephen loved his family, talking about God and was an avid OU football fan. He was a minister of the gospel and talked about God every chance he had. Stephen touched many lives. He was a very loving, giving and hardworking man who adored his family and had a special soft spot for his grandchildren. Stephen was a softhearted man who never bore ill will toward anyone. He loved being outdoors and playing trucks with his grandson. Stephen is survived by:
