Stephne Cain Snipes

April 29, 1958 – February 27, 2022

There are very few people one meets in their life that provide true unconditional love to everyone they meet. Stephne was one of them.

Stephne Cain Snipes was born April 29, 1958 in Oklahoma City the daughter of Jon and Signe (Staments) Cain. She completed this life on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at the age of 63. Preceded in death by her parents; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William M. Cain and Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Stamets.

Stephne was raised in Oklahoma City where earned her Master's Degree in Social Work at the University of Oklahoma. She is survived by her sons, Adam McLain-Snipes and his wife Kate and Morgan Snipes all of

Oklahoma City and Matt Snipes of Anchorage, Alaska; her granddaughter, Signe McLain-Snipes;

her sister, her brother, and her nephew.

Our family thanks close friends William, Shavon, Randy, Vanessa, for their companionship and the nurses and doctors who took care of her.

In lieu of a formal service, those wishing to share stories about Steph are invited to the Cain family bench at Stars and Stripes Park at Lake Hefner. We will meet at 6pm on April 29th to celebrate her life on what would have been her 64th birthday.
