Steven John Houtari was born September 15, 1948 in Portland, Oregon the son of Aynor and Florence Elizabeth (Nixon) Houtari. He completed this life on February 2, 2024 in Oklahoma City at the age of 75
He is survived by his wife, Donna Kay Houtari.
Graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, February 9, 2024 at the Memorial Park Cemetery.
