Susan Gina Palmer, born Feb. 15 1950, died unexpectedly at home Monday March 9, after a long, brave battle with multiple medical problems. Throughout her life she blessed family and friends as well as all she touched with her wonderful smile and sense of humor and continued to share these even during the medical struggles of these last years. She greatly appreciated all who helped her in so many ways, the 'angels' of this life who so physically exhibited how to be the body of Christ in their loving service. Now all the loved ones left behind can be assured that she rests wonderfully in our Lord's arms, entertaining Him with those smiles, jokes, and puns we've all experienced. She is survived by her loving daughter and son-in-law, Traci and Tim Morrison, and the blessing of her joyful granddaughter, Cora, as well as her mother, Virginia Winneberger, father, T. W. Winneberger, nephews Mark and Josh Winneberger, children of her brother, Ted Winneberger and wife, her loving sister-in-law, Lana who composed the following for Gina;
There will be a memorial service at Our Lord's Community Church, this Friday at 6:30.
In lieu of flowers, Gina would appreciate any donations or remembrances to be made to her church, Our Lord's Community Church deacon's fund or the arthritis foundation.
