Thanh "Kelly" To, 36, of Bethany, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, July 26th, 2025, in Oklahoma City.

Kelly was born April 18, 1989 in Vietnam to Minh To and Doan Pham. As a young girl, she and her family moved to the United States, where she grew up in Oklahoma City and Edmond. She graduated from Edmond Memorial High School and built a life rooted in resilience and hard work.

Above all else, Kelly's greatest role was being a mother to her two children, Tiffany and Ethan. They were her heart and soul, her reason for everything. She gave them her time, her strength and her unconditional love. Every decision she made, every dream she chased, was for them.

Kelly spent many years as a nail technician, where her kindness, creativity, and infectious laugh earned her not only loyal clients but true friendships. She had a gift for making people feel seen and special. Her presence could light up a room, and she never missed a chance to bring a smile or share a laugh.

Kelly lived with a heart full of compassion, a spirit full of strength, and a smile that could brighten the darkest day. She was the kind of person you didn't forget, the kind of friend you were lucky to have.

She will be deeply missed by everyone who had the joy of knowing her, but her memory will continue to live on in the stories, laughter, and love she leaves behind.

Kelly is survived by her parents, Minh To and Doan Pham; her beautiful children, Tiffany Linh Harris and Ethan Young Harris; her sisters Jasmine Nguyen and Hailey To; and a wide circle of extended family and lifelong friends who adored her.
