Tommy Franklin Fraser was born January 11, 1939 in Chickasha, Oklahoma the son
of Herbert Franklin and Valoys Regina (Everett) Fraser. He completed this life at his
home in Edmond, OK on Monday, June 27, 2022 at the age of 83.

Tommy served his country in the U.S. Army being honorably discharged on July 31,
1967. He began working for the department of defense as a systems analyst where he
retired.

Tommy married Diana Lynn Harrison on April 12, 1968 in Houston. They lived in the
Houston area many years before moving to Newport News, Virginia. They lived in
Virginia many years where they raised their children before moving to Oklahoma in
2004.

Tommy was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Diana, on August 17, 2021.
Tommy is survived by his daughters, Jo Lynn Fisher and her husband Billy of
Smithfield, VA and Kimberly Selby and her husband Sean of Edmond; and his 5
grandchildren.

Graveside service with military honors will be 3:30 pm Friday, at Spring Creek
Memorial Cemetery, 14300 N. County Line Road in Oklahoma City.
