Young, Truman Marion, born Jan. 8, 1926 to Earl & Dealia Young, passed away from Parkinson's Disease on Dec. 20, 2008. Survived by wife Clairene for whom Truman was husband, best friend and love of her life. Preceded in death by both parents and a brother Lois A. Young. Survived by wife; one daughter and son-in-law Sandra and John McKeel; one grandson and wife, Johnny McKeel and Sharyn, one granddaughter and husband Staci and Don Depel, seven great-grand children, Katlyn, Cohner, Madisen, Alexis, Dalton, Trey and Amber, whom he loved very much, his brother's daughter, Janet and husband Paul Christian and numerous other nieces and nephews. Truman retired from Tinker after 30 years of Government service and was a licensed real estate associate for 4 years after. Truman loved water skiing with family and friends especially John and Mary Ann Long. He was an avid drag car and go-cart racer for which he won many championships. He had 4 hole-in-ones in his lifetime. He worked hard at it and became very accomplished at it, as he did all things he attempted. Truman was easy going and always greeted you with a smile on his face and a joke for you. He is going to be greatly missed by his family and friends. Thanks to Moore Nursing Home staff
