Vernal Lee Osborn was born January 19, 1932 at El Reno, Oklahoma to Arthur Lee and Cecil Gladys (McQuiston) Osborn. He died Monday, September 7, 2015 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Lee was a truck driver and he retired from BFI Transportation. Lee enjoyed coin collecting and tinkering with old cars. Lee would buy an old car, fix it up, drive it for a few months and then sell it so he could buy another old car and do the same. He loved to tinker with cars.
