Vicki Ann Randall, 52, died peacefully on Wednesday, October 5, 2011. Vicki was born January 11, 1959, in Oklahoma City to Ray and Jo Foley. Vicki is preceded in death by her father, Ray Foley. She leaves behind her husband of 22 years, Mike Randall; son, Zachary Randall; mother, Jo Foley; brother, Mike James, aunt, Leona Middlebrooks, and many other relatives and friends.

Vicki attended school in Oklahoma City and graduated from Western Heights High School. While working at the City of Oklahoma City in the mid-1980s she met her husband Mike. They married on March 10, 1990, and spent a joyous life together.

Vicki had a way of treasuring the good times life brought her. She particularly enjoyed vacations to New Mexico and the Arkansas Ozarks. She had a passion and a talent for home decoration, loved finding new clothes, struggled to maintain a beautiful garden in the wrong climate zone, enjoyed good meals–both home-cooked and in restaurants–delighted in dancing, loved music, movies, reading. She started growing impatient for OU football usually around February.

She was a delicate delight. She saw the world in more colors than we have names for.

A service to remember Vicki will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, October 10, 2011, at the Vondel Smith North Colonial Chapel, with burial to follow at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
