Wallace Robert (Dub) Tidwell, 84 of Oklahoma City, OK passed away May 22, 2023. Mr. Tidwell was born in Konawa, OK on January 19, 1939. He enjoyed flying airplanes and it was a passion for many years; he seemed to know every back road in Oklahoma and preferred taking them over the main roads. Mr. Tidwell was not a man of many words, and he didn't mince any.

He is preceded in death by his:

Parents, Edward and Willie (Haines) Tidwell;

Grandson, Benjamin Wallace Tidwell;

Sister, Imogene Ford;

Brothers: Ed Tidwell and Wayne Tidwell.

He is survived by his:

Wife of the home, Ruth Ann Tidwell.

Son, Rob Tidwell and wife, Kristie of Ardmore, OK;

Son, Eddie Tidwell and wife, Belynda of Eufaula, OK;

Daughter, Sheila Mays and husband, Pete of Augusta, GA;

Grandchildren: Sara Parker, Clint Tidwell and wife, Beth, Amanda West, Andrew Mays and wife, Christina, Meagan Mays; Great Grandchildren: Gracie Leming, Reid Featherston, Bradie Tidwell, Cooper West, David Mays, and Camilla Mays;

As well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at Heritage Burial Park at South Lakes.
