Billy was born on May 18, 1966 in Channelview, Texas to Marcy A. Scott and Billy Campbell. Covid took this awesome 55 year old Cowboy, full of life and loved life to the fullest. He married his soulmate and beautiful wife, Gina Campbell on April 3, 2021. You couldn't ask for a better son, husband, father, papaw, brother or friend. He was always willing to give help to anyone in need. Billy knew no stranger and everyone he met loved him. Billy wanted to save the world and put a smile on their face. Laughter was his medicine. Billy was extremely talented and loved working with leather, dancing, roping, singing, playing the guitar (self-taught) and traveled many miles as an over the road truck driver, which allowed him to touch many lives.
