William Curtis "Bill" Fallwell, 90, passed away peacefully August 22, 2025 following a sudden illness with his family by his side.
Bill was born in Oklahoma City on January 13, 1935 to Curtis Cleo & Maye (Mills) Fallwell. Bill graduated from Capitol Hill High School in 1953. The following year he married his high school sweetheart Janet Turner. They were united in marriage for 66 years before her passing on July 17, 2020.
Bill was a devoted & steadfast Christian and was a member of Capitol Hill Baptist Church. He was a businessman, owning Fallwell's Paint and Body Shop for 47 years in South Oklahoma City and a loving & wonderful husband, father & grandfather.
Bill was known by many and never met a stranger. His presence on this earth will be greatly missed & his memory will be cherished by all those whose lives he touched.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, Curtis and Maye (Mills) Fallwell, Sister, Alice Hedges, and Son in Law Tommy Trompeter.
He is survived by his Daughters: Aimee Trompeter of Porum, Oklahoma and Dana Chappell and her husband, Tim of Oklahoma City, 4 Grandchildren: Thomas Beaty and wife Holly and Bryan Trompeter, William Chappell and wife Megan, and Sarah Chappell.
Bill was a member of the Scottish Rite as a 32 Degree Mason and a Shriner. Bill was a private pilot and a huge outdoorsman. He loved flying, hunting, fishing, playing golf, and snow skiing and rarely missed an opportunity to travel. In his retirement years he spent his time riding his scooter throughout his neighborhood telling stories with friends and neighbors. His greatest joy, however, was spending time with his family.
