William Ray "Bill" Lynch was born August 20, 1944 in Kansas City, Kansas the son of Ray Grimsley and Gladys Alena (Thies) Lynch. He completed this life on Friday, August 25, 2023 at the age of 79.

Bill served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Bill was an outside sales representative for many years.

Bill married Rhonda Gober on February 28, 1969 in Oklahoma City where they have made their home and raised their two children.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents; and his daughter-in-law, April Lee Lynch.

Bill is survived by his wife of 54 years, Rhonda; his daughter, Michelle Rae Wartley of Oklahoma City; his son, Scott Warren Lynch of Houston, TX; his brother, David Lynch and his wife Pam of Yukon, OK; his grandchildren, Lauren Lynch, Alexa Lynch, Aubri Wartley, Khloe Wartley and Kadyn Wartley; three nieces and five nephews.

Memorial service will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 9th at the Vondel Smith Mortuary North Chapel, 13125 N. MacArthur Blvd. with military honors. Private inurnment will be in Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
