William (Bill) Grover McVey was born on September 11, 1927 in McMinnville, Tennessee to parents Grover and Mary McVey. Bill was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Elizabeth, Mary Francis and Shirley. Bill worked many years for the U.S. Postal Service and Delong's Mailing Co. He loved photography, sailing at Lake Hefner and traveling in the U.S. and many other countries. Bill has been married to his wife, H. Elena McVey for 45 years. Bill had a very good sense of humor, and enjoyed the company of his many friends and family. The family extends its gratitude to Integris Hospice, and his private caregivers Leticia, Pamela, Tatiana and Roberto, who gave him loving care. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, October 9, 2015 at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery Chapel, 7801 NW Expressway, Oklahoma City, OK.
